Pastor Randolph is the daughter of Deacon Alfred and Mae Florence Joiner of Birmingham, Alabama.  She accepted Christ at the age of nine at St. Joseph Baptist Church under  the leadership of Reverence Abraham Lincoln Woods Jr.  She grew up singing in the children and adult mass choir, along with teaching Sunday School.  It was going into her senior year of high school that she realized she was called to minister.
She attended Huffman High School and then went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miles College graduating with honors.  She was determined to let all of the negative words spoken over her life fuel her into reaching her goal of finishing college.
In 1986, she married her college sweetheart, Isaac Randolph III of Tallahassee, Florida.  Together they joined Blessed Assembly in 1988 under the leadership of Bishop Rochelle Hudson.  Under his leadership, she served as a Sunday School teacher, Intercessor and Praise Team member.  She accepted her call to preach the gospel in 1992 and was licensed in 1994.
In August  1995, Minister Isaac Randolph III received instructions from the Lord that they were to move to Tallahassee. In October 1995, they joined New Harvest Christian Center COGIC where Elder Ray C. She is the founder of W.I.P.E. Pastor Randolph has facilitated several women's conferences, clothing give-aways, back to school giveaways, food baskets, mother-daughter luncheon and many other workshops.  She believes that it  is time for the Women of God to unite and esteem one another toward our God-Given-Destiny.
